Submit all required documents by email to info@kobeschool.com.
After reviewing your application, we may invite you to an online interview. If you have any questions during the process, our team is here to support you.

We will check your documents and contact you within 2 weeks.
If any documents are missing or unclear, we will follow up with you directly.
Note: We do not send rejection notices.

We will help you prepare the necessary documents and confirm everything with you before submission.

Once your application is complete, we submit it to the Immigration Bureau of Japan.
If approved, your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) will be issued in approximately 3–6 weeks. We will notify you immediately once we receive it.

After COE approval, you must pay:
– Tuition fees (depending on your program)
– One-year overseas student insurance
– 6 months of dormitory or housing fees (if applicable)

After payment is confirmed, we will send you your COE, Certificate of Enrollment, and details for your placement test and orientation.

Use your COE to apply for a student visa at the nearest Japanese embassy or consulate.
Visa procedures may vary by country, so be sure to follow your local embassy’s requirements.
