Dormitory Facilities

  • Provided Amenities: Each dormitory room comes equipped with a bunk bed, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, IH stove, microwave, toaster oven, Wi-Fi, bathtub, shower booth, and more.

  • Move-In Starter Set: Includes bedding, a week’s worth of food, and basic cooking utensils like pots and pans.

Living Environment​

  • Men’s and Women’s Dormitories: There are separate dormitories for men and women, and visits to other dormitories are generally discouraged.

  • Location: The dormitory is located just a 5 to 15-minute bicycle ride from the school, with supermarkets and convenience stores nearby.

  • Dormitory Life: Residents are expected to strictly follow the dormitory rules.

Dormitory Fees & Contract

  • Monthly Fee: ¥25,000 per month.

  • Initial Payment: Upon moving in, you will need to pay a one-time dormitory entrance fee of ¥35,000 and six months’ rent totaling ¥150,000 in advance.

  • Contract Duration: The dormitory contract is typically for six months and can be renewed in six-month increments.

If a student decides to reside in the dormitory affiliated with our academy from the beginning of their studies, they must stay for a minimum of one year. The contract is signed every six months.

If a student decides to move to another accommodation after one year, the student must inform the school administration three months before the next contract is signed. Move-out should occur by the 25th of the last month of your stay. If you move out without prior notice, a penalty equivalent to the remaining months’ accommodation fee will be charged.
